Deeply Discounted Print:
From 2023, new journal agreements will not include any provision for DDP versions of journals that still publish physical copies, in line with our Reducing Print programme. Find out more here .
Important Notice:
We are able to process subscription renewals online via our Online Renewals Portal. Click here to renew your journal subscriptions online by credit or debit card. We recommend that payment is made electronically by BACS/ACH, telephone or via our Online Renewals Portal.
Please see the reverse of the renewal document for full instructions on how to make payment. There have been no changes to bank details from the 2024 renewals, but please do ensure you are paying to the correct account details, as set out in the sections below.

Subscribers in EU countries are required to pay VAT at the appropriate rate. If you are registered for VAT, please ensure that you quote your VAT registration number.
Taxation on Journals Subscriptions
Please note that our Bundle subscriptions may need to be divided into two components to calculate the tax due if different tax rates apply to the print and online elements. The percentage split per product should be shown on the face of your renewal document.
Europe
• All Customers in the UK will pay VAT at the applicable UK rate.
• All Customers in the EU will pay VAT at their local rate. Non-VAT registered customers will have the VAT charged on the invoice. VAT registered customers will need to account for the VAT under the reverse charge/acquisition VAT.
Americas
• Cambridge has sales tax registrations in various states across the United States of America, therefore any relevant sales tax will be applied appropriately. Please provide a copy of any reseller or sales tax exemption certificate you hold.
• Cambridge has sales tax registrations in all of the Canadian Provinces, therefore relevant GST/HST will be applied to both Print Products and Electronically Supplied Services appropriately.
Rest of World
Taxation of Electronically Supplied Services (ESS) by foreign suppliers within specific individual countries are increasing and will continue to do so, and as a result we will register to charge and collect local taxes appropriately. We are currently registered for this purpose in the below countries
