The European Constitutional Law Review (EuConst) is a peer-reviewed, English-language journal dedicated to the study of constitutional law in Europe. EuConst welcomes critical and rigorous doctrinal, historical, contextual and empirical approaches to constitutional law as well as normative, theoretical, interdisciplinary, or comparative perspectives, and is committed to publishing work that advances constitutional thinking and speaks to the pressing challenges facing European constitutional systems today. The journal addresses scholars, legal practitioners, policymakers, and all those engaged with contemporary constitutional debates in Europe.
