Digital examination copies

We will normally send you a digital exam copy, unless a book is only available in print. Our approach to exam copies is “digital first” wherever possible, in order to help reduce our environmental impact. This initiative is important to Cambridge University Press as it helps us support the University of Cambridge’s overall goals for building a community that is sustainable today and in the future.

A digital exam copy will provide immediate access to the text once your request is approved, and will enable you to trial our e-reader, Cambridge Spiral , which supports several features for instructors and students.

If you have any difficulty with your digital exam copy, you can request a print copy, via your local sales rep.

Print copies may be subject to exam copy stock availability and are provided at the discretion of our higher education sales team. We are committed to supporting your requirements as an instructor wherever possible. If you decide to adopt the title as core reading, we may also be able to support your request for a print teaching copy.

The exam copy request process will request your institutional postal address, which is primarily for verification of your affiliation and instructor role. (We will only use this address at this stage for postal print copies if your requested textbook is only available in print).
