Summary
Lived experience is a condition of being affected by the surrounding world in such a way that the present situation is revealed in its specific meaning for the one who is affected. In his various expositions of Husserl and other philosophers, Heidegger mentions their concept of lived experience (for instance, GA20:130–45; GA24:90); but this remains outside his own theoretical commitments.
