Summary
CDC iv.7–9
And all who come after them [8] (are) to act according to the interpretation of the law (kepherush haTorah) in which the first were instructed, until is completed [9] the time of these years.
CDC iv.19–21
The builders of the wall who walk (haleku) after ‘precept’ (ẓav)… [20] shall be taken in fornication twice, because they take [21] second wives while the first is still living, whereas the order of creation is, ‘Male and female created he them’ [Gen. i.27].
CDC v.6–12
And also they defile the Temple because they do not [7] make the distinction (mabdil(im)) according to Torah but lie with one who sees her discharge of blood. And they marry [8] each man the daughter of his brother or of his sister, though Moses said: ‘To [9] your mother's sister you shall not approach: she is your mother's near kin’ [Lev. xviii.13]. The law of incest for men [10] is written, but it applies also to women; so if the daughter of a brother uncovers the nakedness of the brother [11] of her father, she is his near kin. And also their holy spirit they defile, and with a tongue [12] full of blasphemy they open their mouth against the covenant of God, saying, ‘We are not sure’ (lo nakonu).
CDC v.20
At the time of the desolation of the land there arose removers of the boundary (massigey haGebul), and they led Israel astray.
