I had hoped to see you and Ricardo in Oxford in two weeks’ time but Phil George tells me that you cannot make it.517 I see the Oxford conference as the last scientific conference I will attend. You know how much I hate and fear lecturing so you will understand when I say enough is enough. There are still things left to be written rather than said. I will concentrate on them.
