Summary
Phuntshok’s story accounts for the flow through the value cycles, showing how value was translated from one cycle to another. The flow of the story provides a plausible account of how a specific activity helped her team gain a specific insight that made a specific difference in their practice and results. This account of a value flow is the function of a value-creation story in evaluation.
