Summary
And it came to pass when the sons of men began to multiply on the face of the ground, and beautiful daughters were born unto them,
that the sons of the great ones saw that the daughters of men were beautiful, with eyes painted and hair curled, walking in nakedness of flesh, and they conceived lustful thoughts; and they took them wives of all that they chose.
And the Lord said by his word: ‘None of the evil generations to arise in the future will be judged by the order of judgements applied to the generation of the flood, which is to be destroyed and eliminated from the world. Have I not put my holy spirit in them, that they may do good works? But see, their works are evil! I have given them an extension of an hundred and twenty years, in the hope that they would work repentance, and they have not done so.
Shamhazai and Azael fell from heaven and were on the earth in those days, and also after that, when the sons of the great ones came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them: the same are called men of the world, the men of renown.
And the Lord saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.
