Summary

A 71-year-old female presented with a 2-year history of nasal bleeding, without pain, smell alterations, or nasal obstruction. Clinical examination demonstrated the presence of an oval lesion, involving the vestibular portion of the left nasal fossa, with overlying normal epithelium, measuring 2.5 × 1.7 × 0.5 cm. A MRI was performed, revealing a well-circumscribed nodule showing low-intensity signal on T1 and high-intensity signal on T2-weighted sequences.
