Summary

A 48-year-old woman presented with a 3 months history of nasal obstruction and facial pain. MRI imaging revealed a 5 × 4 cm destructive lesion involving the right nasal cavity, the sphenoid sinus, and initially extending in the anterior cranial fossa. An incisional biopsy of the lesion was taken, with the clinical suspicion of olfactory neuroblastoma. The patient was treated with cycles of chemotherapy and radiotherapy.
