Oure most mercyfull fader lord god knowyng oure frelite and redynes to all synners is euer redy duryng this wrecched and mortall lyfe by many and dyuerse weyes to forʒeue us oure trespas and to graunt us his grace yf so be that truly we ordeyne unto hym thise thre treuthis folowyng seid and doun with all our hart …

Prayer emphasising the need for contrition and confession. By the same hand as [1]. Listed by Raymo as a form of confession (Wells Rev. 7:2562–4 [211], version YY).
