Blessed be thow o lord god the father of our lord ihesus christ the father of all merryt and god of all consolation of whom all paternitie in heaven and in earthe is named we thy most unworthie seruantes and children with all devotion of mynd render most humble thankes unto thy mercyfulle goodnes that by the light of holy baptisme …

‘Devout and godly prayers made off the preface and seauen peticions off the pater noster’ (f. 2); ‘A prayer made of the preface’ (f. 3). Prayer made from the Pater Noster. Wells Rev. 7:2509 [36], prose version E.
